We encourage our guests to purchase Island Waterpark tickets in advance on the website. When you buy your ticket online in advance you get FREE PARKING.
For same-day tickets, guests can purchase tickets via mobile device, ticket kiosk, or admission desk. All purchases must be made by credit card unless pre-approved.
 
* The Island Waterpark Flex Ticket is non-refundable but allows for rescheduling within one year of purchase. Rescheduling is subject to availability and operational guidelines

Yes! Groups of 20 or more have access to Group Discounts at Island Waterpark.  Consider our one-of-a-kind venues by completing the group form in the navigation bar and one of our Team Members will be in touch.

Yes! At Island Waterpark we have multiple packages to host your celebration. *Please note: Island Waterpark Celebration packages require a 5 business day booking window to ensure your details are personalized for your guest of honor! Fill out our inquiry form here to receive packages for your celebration date! Check out the endless possibilities below! 

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising companion. There is no exception to this rule. All rides have posted age and height requirements at the entry to the queue line. A supervising companion must be at least 16 years of age and have the ability to assist the child in complying with instructions. Guests under 36” may enjoy the Island Drift Lazy River, Kidz Zone, and Adventure Pool. Guests between 42” and 48” may enjoy the body board option at the Wild Wave FlowRider and must wear a life jacket!  Electric Eel, Barracuda Blaster, Sonic Serpent, Island Drift Lazy River, Slide Island, Adventure Pool, Kidz Zone, Tidal Racers. Guests 48” or taller can enjoy all of the rides/slides/activities. Guests 21+ may enjoy Paradise Adult Island and Bliss Pool.

The Flow Rider is a stationary surfing marvel that crafts the perfect wave all year long. General admission to Island Waterpark offers an amazing bodyboarding experience only. To explore stand-up surfing, you must book a Flow Rider Experience, which includes instruction from a trained specialist to ensure your safety. Please visit our ticketing section to learn more about elevating your aquatic adventure. Kindly note that Flow Rider Experiences come with an additional cost.

Please be advised that towels are not provided for guests. We recommend bringing your own towel for your convenience. If needed, towels are available for purchase at our onsite retail shop.

Certainly! We offer a variety of locker sizes ranging from $15 to $25.

For added convenience, jumbo-size lockers are also available for rent near the entrance of the Island Bar. This way, you can choose the locker size that best suits your needs during your visit to Island Waterpark.

Island Waterpark has a tropical temperature of over 80°F all year long.

Island Waterpark is an experiential park and therefore we do not offer a discount for those who choose not to swim, but children below the age of 3 enter FREE!

No, we have many rides and slides that don’t require strong swimming abilities. However, we do recommend that anyone under 48 inches wear a lifejacket while swimming in the Island Drift Lazy River and Adventure Pool.

Yes! Feel free to come and go as you please! We're happy to welcome you back to the park at no extra cost as long as you're wearing your wristband. When you return, we'll scan your wristband, check your bags, and perform a quick wand check. Your safety and convenience are our top priorities.

Medical devices are permitted in Island Waterpark. Please note, any loose article may not be brought onto a ride or slide. In addition, Island Waterpark is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Island Waterpark prohibits smoking and vaping. You are more than welcome to smoke at our designated smoking areas located outside the park.

Yes, if you need First Aid, please see any team member, or visit our First Aid location within the park.

Proper swim attire is required. No denim, pants, wetsuits, or transparent clothing are permitted. Swim attire with metal buttons, buckles, rivets, zippers, or sharp objects are not permitted on any slide or attraction. Other swim attire (swim shirts, sun protective clothing, etc.) specifically designed for aquatic use is permitted – please speak with an Aquatics Supervisor. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of swim attire.

Guests are welcome to wear footwear throughout the park (flip flops, sandals, water socks, etc.). Guests will need to remove any type of footwear on most attractions. Outside footwear (shoes, sneakers, boots, etc.) are not permitted.

You are welcome to browse and purchase swimsuits, sunscreen, and swim accessories at one of our retail shops on property.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Island Waterpark. Exceptions to this policy are made for baby food (no glass containers) and formula and for guests with special dietary needs, including food allergies. Light refreshments, snacks and beverages are available for purchase. Please see one of the Guest Service Associates prior to entering the park.

While no outside beverages of any kind are permitted, water bottles are permitted.

Yes, you can reschedule! Island Waterpark offers Island Flex passes, which are non-refundable but allow you to reschedule your visit within one year of purchase, subject to availability and guidelines. Please make sure to present valid ID at check-in. These passes are not for resale. We can't wait to welcome you for an unforgettable adventure!

No loose articles may be taken on any ride and should be left with a non-rider or inside a locker. Loose articles are considered jewelry, cell phones, glasses, etc.

Guests may photograph or take video of their visit to Island Waterpark for private use only. Recording devices (cell phones, GoPro cameras, etc.) are not permitted on waterslides/attractions, inside pools, or within any changing facility.

Personal bags and backpacks are permitted to enter Island Waterpark. All bags and backpacks are subject to search prior to entering. The following items are not permitted: weapons of any kind, props/toys resembling a weapon, masks that cover the face, glass bottles, selfie sticks.

Yes, we have you covered! Our changing rooms are equipped with several showers, ensuring our guests can easily rinse off and feel refreshed during their visit.

Pets are not permitted to enter Island Waterpark. Service animals are welcome. Service animals are limited to dogs and miniature horses and must always remain on a leash or harness – unless the leash or harness interferes with the service the animal is providing, or the handler is unable to use the leash or harness due to the nature of the disability. Guests must be in control of the service animal at all times and are responsible for its behavior and clean-up.
